Ms. Tamberlane is Senior Managing Director of Physician Recruitment at The Execu|Search Group. She oversees the operations of the physician recruitment team that matches staff-level Physicians/Surgeons, Medical Directors, Department Chiefs, and Chief Medical Officers with health centers, physician practices, and hospital systems. She has served as a committee member for the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) since 2011. Due to her commitment and service to the organization, in March of 2013, Barbara was elected to serve as a member of the NAPR Board of Directors. In 2016, Barbara was elected to serve a 2nd consecutive term through 2019.
